I know many of us are at the watermelon -for -dinner phase with this heat but I am not one of them. I am at a I -want -carbs phase, always have, always will be. But with a sensitive stomach that screams everytime I eat a bowl of rice I’ve decided to find an alternative. And it’s a superhealthy one too because it replaces rice with cauliflower!
