Juggler’s Task List: Tip #7 – Let walking be your stress reliever!

 

Tip #7

It may seem impossible to start exercising right now. Even the thought of having to add one more thing to your already heavy schedule brings pain and agony.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
Start small. Go for a 10 minute walk every day for a week. On week 2 double the time – make it 20 minutes and finally on week 3 add another 10 minutes to your walk. By then a new habit will already be formed and the family will know that this is mummy’s time to relax.
So put some music on and just go!
