‘The Road to Wellness’
The day is designed according to the GWD’s 7 step manifest, incorporating all aspects of physical, psychological and social wellbeing. Following the guidelines of the foresaid organization, we aspire in bringing together all the local experts that can support this inspiring life philosophy.
A day for all ages, all preferences and interests.
The day deploys as follows:
Starting Steps on the Sea
– Hatha Yoga – Pilates – Power Yoga
Food Steps (breakfast & brunch)
– Herbal Experts & Local Producers Exhibition
– Visitors are guided through designated paths according to their preferences in order to enjoy a self designed morning meal. General/Vegan/On the go!
– Inspiring games – Educational activities
– Specially designed animation
– Workshops – Round Tables – Empirical Exercises.
Run by experts in nutrition, psychology, doctors, life coaches.
– Reflexology – Head & Foot Massage
