Behaviors do not occur in a vacuum. This introductory talk explains how we can ascertain a child’s character and true needs through trained observation using Rudolph Steiner’s observations.

It is our hope that you will come away with new insights and positive ways to understand and guide youngsters

Hadassah Pond is a seasoned Arts and Special Education teacher. She has taught Arts at The Sacramento Waldorf School and Rudolph Steiner College; taught Special Education at Sandra Day O’Connor High School and worked for the Arizona Department of Education.

The study of Waldorf Education and Anthroposophy has informed Hadassah in ways to enliven curriculum through the arts, acquire flexibility in thinking and given her a desire to deepen her understanding of each child’s soul.
