‘THE SPACE ART FOR CHARITY 2018’
CYPRUS NATIONAL ART EXHIBITION
Opening Ceremony to take place at The Almyra Hotel in Paphos
Saturday 17th February | 7pm – 9pm
All are welcomed to attend the Opening Ceremony for this 4-week national art exhibition. Mayor Phedon Phedonos will launch the event and it will remain open at the Almyra Hotel in Paphos for two weeks before travelling to Limassol and Nicosia. Over 80 original artworks have been donated for sale by leading Cypriot and European artists, and this year, 100% of all funds raised will be given to Pasykaf Cyprus – The Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends.
“Sadly, two in three people will be affected by cancer in their lifetime and PASYKAF exists to serve all nationalities, free of charge, at all stages of their illness” organiser Sarah Coyne said. The Space Art for Charity is a totally non-profit initiative which effectively combines the promotion of fine artists with significant fundraising on behalf of cancer charities in Cyprus. Everyone involved in the organisation and promotion of this event does so in a voluntary capacity.
“The Space Art Charity is totally indebted to its Artists, Sponsors and Supporters and will display an eclectic mix of fine original artworks at sensible pricing” said Coyne.
Paphos Opening Ceremony: Almyra Hotel – 17th Feb 7-9pm

“We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all who support The Space Art National Exhibition in 2018 and appreciate all donating artists for using their talent to raise money for our Charity.”
