A historical walk in the walled city of Nicosia aiming to bring to light hidden stories of Nicosia’s women through the lens of women’s emancipation and with an emphasis on the British colonial period.
The walk builds on a series of previous collective walks organized by volunteers of the Center for Gender Equality and History (KIIF). As such, it is led by multiple guides. Namely the team consists of Thekla Kyritsi, Gözde Gayde, Andri Kyprianou, Eirini Kyritsi, Andrea Neofytou, Yiota Panayiotou, and Chrystalla Panayiotou.
The tour will start and finish at the Home for Cooperation.
Participation cost: 10€ / 60 TL
